HTC Desire HD
Yes! I just received my new phone! The amazing HTC Desire HD! First thing I did after unpacking… I slid it down my pocket to see if it fits well enough hahah. It does fit great, I can tell you that! Now I have to charge the battery. After that I’m going to change the looks and install several Android apps and then it’s a go! Soon I’ll post what I think of it and I will make some pictures and videos to see what this machine can do! I feel like a child again. Peace!

Maybe I was a bit harsh! Today I got a message they just send my Desire HD. Great! I thought it would take a while but hey, I’ll probably get it after the weekend. Nothing to be angry about, they’re quick and I’m happy! Vodafone, I’m sorry! I’ll be more patient next time!

Vodafone terror

Today I was curious if they already sent out my smartphone. It’s almost one week ago and I did not hear anything yet. Yes I’m impatient. I tried to check the status with my Vodafone account option, “track your order”. I got an error so this also doesn’t work for me. No worries, I will just call them and ask for it. Again they instantly answered my phone call. Great service I thought. Hello can you please check the status of my order. No problem she told me so I gave her my order number. Oh well sir I have to tell you that we don’t have the HTC Desire HD in stock at this moment.
What…(the fuck)? The guy who took my order told me the smartphone was in stock and sending it, would take up to 10 working days at most. Yeah well the guys at order intake do this all the time hahah… What…(the fuck)? Sorry but I can’t laugh, do you really think this is funny? Smoke coming out my ears. Breath in..breath out. OK can you please tell me when do you think they will be in stock? Sorry sir we can’t tell. Dammit $#@%^$#@ Stupid Vodafone! I’m very disappointed.
I was told by an ex Vodafone employee that the people at order intake only get 75% salary. The rest they will have to earn by contracting new customers and extend contracts for existing customers. Now I understand why the stupid guy told me the phone is in stock, he’s afraid I’ll cancel the order if he told me otherwise. Fuckers! To be continued!

Vodafone, new smartphone
Today I ordered a new smartphone. I wanted to place the order online with my personal “Vodafone” account but that didn’t work so I had to call them instead. I was a bit surprised. They answered my phone call instantly. The guy was very friendly and everything went smoothly. No problems whatsoever. My smartphone order is placed and I’m happy.
I had a few months to decide which smartphone I want. After looking very carefully at every aspect and seen practically every website review and YouTube review video, I made my choice. I like both the iPhone 4 and the HTC Desire HD. I chose for the latter although it was a close battle. Being able to switch memory cards, a bigger screen, HTC Sense and the price where decisive.
Now I want my HTC Desire HD as quickly as possible, for obvious reasons! Well, I am a man you know! The Vodafone guy told me they had the smartphone in stock so within 10 working days it should be mine. Great, I can’t hardly wait!
